Cross surfs into Coastal Deanery!

The JCI team were not present at all of the events today so we particularly welcome some comments from those of you who were there!

The Cross and Icon visited Bungendore this morning for a procession around town and a liturgy.

At Broulee we visited Carroll College and the students enjoyed a liturgy and time to venerate the Cross and Icon. The young people came forward to venerate with reverence and there was a real sense that each person was having a special moment with God as they made a connection with these symbols. Before we finished, all the students surfed the Cross over to a quiet place of prayer within the school grounds. Here, there was a beautiful atmosphere of peace.

Later the Cross and Icon made their way the Narooma parish for a procession, pray service and all night vigil.
